Every Thanksgiving I make this wonderful dressing that brings back memories of my childhood . Last year I made this gluten free with gluten free cornbread, GF bread, GF crackers and fresh chicken Bone broth. It was almost just as good! Recipe below
RECIPE
2 mixes of Cornbread
3 cups hamburger pulls pulled apart in bites
1 cup celery chopped
1 cup onion chopped
Saute celery/ onion in Butter
3 eggs beaten slightly
1 cup cooked rice
8 saltines crushed
2 cups chicken broth
Toss ALL together gently and bake 375 for 30 minutes.!
