So many people are jumping on the indoor cycle trend, which is Fantastic, but many people are unaware that the bike should "fit "them properly for a safe and effective ride. Many complain about the seat hurting body parts we wont discuss and many times that is because of how high you have the seat, the handbars, the seat adjustment as well as not having padded bike shorts.
