I had some frozen bananas cut up that I keep in my freezer for my Shakeology shakes, so here is what i did with them last night
YUM!! Need to eat it fresh though!
Ingredients:
5 bananas (brown spotted- this means they are better for you!)
1-2 dates
2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup Almond or Rice milk (less if thicker consistency is desired)
Directions:
Slice bananas, place in zip-lock bag and put into the freezer for a couple of hours until frozen.
Put bananas, cinnamon and dates into the a mixer like a vitamix and blend.
Add Almond or Rice milk slowly until desired consistency is achieved.
Consistency will be similar to soft serve.
Eat right away or place back into the freezer for a harder consist
