If you have been looking for a new way to be motivated to exercise, that doesn't involve JUMPING but works the body completely, well, we have it for you!

After years of teaching, I have combined all of my 18 certifications into one "boot camp" that is doable for all ages and fitness levels, will challenge your core, cardio, and total body without ANY equipment.. just you and your body.

Using pilates, yoga, plyometrics, kickboxing and some fun EASY dance moves splashed in for fun.. this Mindbody BOOTY camp will be a blast.

This will be held Monday and Wednesday's at 5:30 pm for 4 weeks at in small gym area. No men, no mirror, no judgement, and no Jumping.. but, you WILL sweat, work hard and walk out with less stress and make some new FUN girlfriends for sure.. Session TWO begins August  4th!
