Livewellfit 30 Day Yoga Challenge

We have so many ladies who come to us that WANT to try yoga, but are fearful and need a safe place to start . We are provding a way ALL women , anywhere can try a pose each day taught by one of our fabulous yoga practitioners, Charlie, who will be guiding you on how to do the poses. 

Modifications will be given for those with knee and back issues , as we always do in classes, so that anyone can do the poses.

How? post a pic or short video of YOU trying the pose and use this hashtag #lwfyogachallenge2017 so we will see it!


We offer yoga T/Th 6am, Tuesday 5;30 pm and adding more classes as our ladies LOVE yoga!

For those that are not able to get up and down off the floor, we modify on the wall, use blocks and straps to help you be successful!

Best place to start? Beginner FIT CAMPS- 2 weeks of meeting with a group of ladies who are BRAND NEW to exercise, yoga, TRX and more. We offer these once a month for 2 weeks. Call to find out about how to get started at 341-8679  or check our CLASS schedule above.
