60 Day Challenge 2015

Our Fall 2104 60 day challenge was a huge success!! The winner lost over 30 inches and 28 pounds. 42 other women changed their eating habits, found a workout they LOVED, met new motivation "sisters" and all lost anywhere form 8 inches to 29 inches, 3 pounds to 28 pounds and the winner lost over 7.8% body fat!!!


Change your health for a lifetime. Find your "WHY" and be a part of group of women who will learn how to plan and prepare daily and weekly to feel better, have more energy, sleep better, maintain a healthy body weight and have a support group to share the journey with.

Our NEXT challenge will be in April 2105! To be a contender for one of the spots, you MUST be taking classes at our studio for 60 days PRIOR to the start date!

2015 Commitment begins! 
MANDATORY MEETING:  April 6th 4:00

After attending classes for 60 days prior to the challenge, you will meet your new, fabulous group of sisters, get your planner, begin keeping your food logs and changing your health!

*THOSE WHO CANNOT ATTEND THE SUNDAY April 6th GROUP LAUNCH CANNOT BE A PART OF THE CHALLENGE. We do have other options such as our Beginner Fit Camps  that we recommend for those who cannot do the challenge but want to get started right away.  This is a 4 week program and can be found on the FIT CAMP tab on the schedule.

For those signing up will be sent information to begin preparing for your journey after April 4th. 


Participants will have private facebook support group that you must check in with daily and results and celebration meeting held Dec. 6th ( if you cannot attend, you must be able to join us virtually by computer)..

"60 day Challenge Kick OFF" Sunday April 6th, 2015
and THE  suggested ( but not mandatory) information
*Must attend classes for at least 60 days PRIOR to April 6th. at  www.live-well-fit.com

General requirements include:
1. Keeping a daily food log - turning it in weekly
2. Attending a grocery store tour with Suzi Schumacher McKee and friend request her on facebook to be added.
3. Exercising at least 3 times per week at a class time of your choice ( times are 5am, 6:30 am 8:30 am, 10;30 am , 4;45 pm ,5:30 pm, 6:30 pm at www.Live-well-fit.com
* out of town participants will be emailed 3 workouts required.
4. Drinking shakeology daily for 60 days and ordering at www.myshakeology.com/suzimckee
Order must be placed by April 1st  and Suzi Mckee must be your coach to give you your free meal planner, or you will be removed from the group.
5. No refunds are given at any time once you commit.


Cost is $99, before February 1st, $139 for the 60 days which includes UNLIMITED CLASSES at www.live-well-fit.com for 60 days as well as nutrition seminars, daily motivation and tips, accountability partner and PRIZES if you finish all 60 days.
Prizes for the 2 winners who lose the most percentage of inches and body fat include cash, massages, t shirts, workout attire, sports bras, free classes at Live Well Fit, a new set of motivating friends and a new you!
